PoreXpert is the standard version of PoreXpert supplied as a 32-bit application; the application includes all the initialisation and calculation algorithms, a batch operation mode and a reporting system which can generate PDF reports with standard PoreXpert branding. The batch operation mode and reporting system make PoreXpert ideal for use as part of a quality control system if required. PoreXpert is restricted to cubic unit cells with a maximum unit cell size of 15 x 15 x 15 and a minimum unit cell size of 5 x 5 x 5.

PoreXpert Cloud is a version of PoreXpert hosted on a cloud computing network. The user interface is accessed by a web-based user interface or through a software client available from the PoreXpert website. The calculations performed on the PoreXpert Cloud service can be purchased as one-off calculations or as batches of calculations, by contacting PoreXpert.

PoreXpert Professional is supplied as a 32 or a 64-bit application with the installer automatically installing the correct version for your operating system. PoreXpert professional includes all the features within PoreXpert. The maximum unit cell size for PoreXpert Professional is dictated by the processing power of the computer running the software. PoreXpert Professional also allows the use of cuboidal unit cells, which allows longer simulations of wetting for example.

The user manual and this help system details how to use the software and all of the features, if you are after a quick guide to get started with PoreXpert please read the getting started guide. A feature list for versions of PoreXpert is available on the website. Additional information can also be found on the website and in research papers which can be requested via the website.
