Once the data has been corrected for compression and optionally trimmed to remove edge effects or an extended plateau at high pressure, you are ready to save the data by clicking on the Save button.
A Save as window will be displayed allowing you to save the data in the same (.RPT) format as the input file, with additional information added by PoreXpand into the data file so that PoreXpert recognises that the data has been corrected for compression by PoreXpand, as shown in the next figure.
