PoreXpert v3 soft launch

Version 3 of PoreXpert, which allows input of porosity based on just the surface features of a porous material visible in an electron micrograph and has taken several years to develop, is now being tested at the University of Manchester for the characterisation of next generation nuclear graphite. It is successfully carrying out the multiple parallel calculations necessary for inverse modelling.  It was demonstrated to visitors at the opening of the new Radioactive and Advanced Materials Suite (RAMS) at the University of Plymouth UK on June 2nd – it is shown on the rear three computers in the photo.  We are awaiting licence updates before a version can be issued for everyone to try.
