Support and Training

Purchasers of PoreXpert v2, either Professional or Academic, can request on-line or face-to-face support and training, which is fully tailored to their own needs, interests and datafiles.  Our latest client stated that we had provided “extremely informative and detailed training”.  If necessary, a non-disclosure agreement can be signed beforehand, as the more information that is shared, the greater the benefit. A standard on-line course comprises three four-hour sessions, as exemplified in this programme. Other courses can be negotiated.  Current list price is £600 GBP + £100 GBP per hour.

In the past, we have carried out residential training courses of between half and two days in Milan, Madrid, Frankfurt and Plymouth UK.  On-line training has been carried out for both UK and international clients.
